When Nayanthara was questioned about Asin doing the role she essayed in Bodyguard in the Tamil version Kavalan, the actress said that she cannot comment on it without watching the film. Nayan recently received that best actress award for her role in Bodyguard and naturally media persons were eager to know her reaction on director Siddique opting for Asin.
The lady added that she is not aware if Siddique had made any changes to the original script to suit Vijay’s image and so it would not be fair to comment in Asin’s performance.
However, Nayan was more forthcoming about Kareena Kapoor. She said that Kareena Kapoor was very impressed by the role and decided to star in the Hindi version.
